The Regent Street Clinic is a private medical practise that delivers high quality medical care, sexual health testing and travel vaccinations to people across the UK. With clinics located in Nottingham, Sheffield, Derby and Leicester they uphold the highest standards of care and confidentiality for their patients.
The Brief
The Regent Street Clinic’s brief to The PPC Works was to develop separate search network campaigns that concentrated on both vaccinations and health testing at all Regent Street Clinics.
Regent Streets main aim was to generate as many leads as possible, increasing online conversions and growing their online presence. Therefore increasing their overall Return of Investment (ROI) and revenue. Ultimately driving new customer to the site.
Approach
Upon hand over of the account, we undertook a full audit of each campaign and quickly realised that the account was attaining a high number of impressions but had an extremely low click-through-rate (CTR) reflected in the lack of conversions. This was therefore effecting the sites overall ROI and brand visibility.
In order to achieve the brief set by the Regent Street Clinic we decided to develop four separate paid search campaigns that targeted each specific location. Ad groups and Ad text were then created within each campaign to promote all travel vaccinations, health tests and private medical care.
Local geographical targeting, individual Ad extensions and call extensions were then set up for each campaign to make them more relevant to searchers. Negative keywords and appropriate Ad text were also used to eliminate any irrelevant impressions and clicks, increasing their CTR and improving the overall quality of the account.
Results
When comparing month over month results we can see a huge improvement in CTR, a decrease in cost-per-click (CPC) and an increase in online conversions.
