OmPrompt are a customer process automation management company that help businesses streamline their order-to-cash process. Working with healthcare suppliers and consumer goods companies that are overwhelmed by high volumes of manual orders. OmPrompt help automate these manual processes and enhance cycle times, thus improving customer service.

The Brief

OmPrompt’s brief to The PPC Works was to develop an online paid search campaign that focused on customers downloading their latest executive briefings and whitepapers. Bringing relevant and engaged traffic to the site, increasing brand awareness and expanding their online customer base.

It was very important to OmPrompt to drive new customers to the site that were more likely to convert and therefore download their infographics and briefings.

Approach

Our approach began by developing a paid search campaign that focused on key areas of the business. Targeting searchers that would ultimately convert on the site.

Once we established the most appropriate keywords and Ad text we created four separate Ad groups within the campaign, to capture the most relevant searches. Using both exact match keywords and negative keywords we were able to eliminate any irrelevant unrelated clicks and therefore increase the click-through-rate (CTR) and lower the overall cost-per-click (CPC).

Working closely with Google, The PPC Works have also ensured the campaign is regularly updated and enhanced, adjusting Ad extensions, Ad text and creating new Ad groups where suitable.

Results

When comparing Month over Month (MOM) results we have successfully decreased their CPC by 34% and increased their online conversions by 300%

In addition to this, we have increased their Ad position by 2 places and successfully improved their CTR by 316%.
