MBS Service centre and MBS Traction centre are approved partner car garages within the region of Sheffield. Specialising in car repairs, MOT tests, DPF solutions and wheel tracking services. Always providing the latest advanced Bosch technology and top of the range service to their customers.

The Brief

The MBS Service centre and MBS Traction centre’s brief to The PPC Works was to set up a new search network campaign focusing on both car and garage services and specialised wheel tracking services.

Ultimately to drive new customers and traffic to the sites, whilst increasing online conversions, overall Return Of Investment (ROI) and increasing brand awareness. Thus generating as many leads as possible within the proposed monthly budget.

Approach

Our approach began by developing two separate search network campaigns focusing on local geographical targeting within the city of Sheffield. We then created specific individual Ad groups focusing on both main services and specialised services offered by both companies. This meant that all relevant queries were met with very specific Ad text which then directed searchers to the most relevant and suitable landing pages.

Negative keywords were also used to eliminate any irrelevant unrelated clicks, increasing the click-through-rate (CTR) and improving the quality of each campaign.

The PPC Works also ensures each campaign is regularly updated with new services keeping the campaigns at the forefront of all search network sites.

Results

When comparing year over year (YOY) results we have successfully increased their CTR by a massive 660%, lowered their average cost-per-click (CPC) by 28% and increased their incoming relevant clicks by 54%.

In addition to this, we have also achieved a rise in average Ad position from 4th place to 1st place and increased their conversion rate by 600%.
